Kelly Dunphy - Director of Marketing

Kelly Dunphy joined the OAI team in November 2006 as a Director of Marketing. Kelly brings eight years of experience in nonprofit management, fundraising, event management, corporate partnership cultivation and management, and cause marketing. Since joining the OAI team, she has worked with several clients including The Friends of the National Library of Medicine, Project HOPE, The Metropolitan Club Preservation Foundation, United Cerebral Palsy, EVERYBODY WINS!, and Positive Impact Foundation. Kelly’s work with these clients includes strategic planning, the creation and implementation of development plans, campaign feasibility studies, board development, financial oversight and event fundraising for galas and conferences.

Prior to joining OAI, Kelly worked for Share Our Strength, an anti-hunger organization based in Washington, DC. During her six-plus years with the organization, she managed and coordinated fundraising events around the country, including strategic support in event management, corporate sponsorship and fundraising for the organization’s community-based volunteers. Most recently, she worked in the creative enterprises and marketing department, cultivating and managing corporate partnerships with American Express, SYSCO Corporation, Tyson Foods and Samuel Adams.

Kelly graduated with a B.A. from The George Washington University’s School of Media and Public Affairs in 2000.
