Lauren is the Director of Human Resources and Administration, a role she has held since 2005. Lauren is responsible for recruiting OAI’s talented consultants and managing OAI’s Human Resources and internal staff.

Until 2005, Lauren was a full-time member of OAI’s client management teams, overseeing the development and event marketing efforts for many OAI clients including Operation Smile, the Center for Security Policy, Youth, I.N.C., and The Mentoring Partnership of New York. Her past experience with OAI client work gives her a unique understanding of how OAI’s people are our most important asset for meeting our clients’ sophisticated needs.

Prior to joining OAI, Lauren was a corporate development officer for the Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia, where she managed the Corporate Sponsors Program, Darden’s corporate annual giving program, and maintained relationships with many of the school’s corporate partners.

Lauren is a graduate of the University of Virginia, where she received a B.A. with distinction in Economics and was a recipient of both the Jefferson Scholarship and Echols Scholarship.
