Once our nonprofit clients have established an individualized plan for achieving specific milestones, we assist in building critical networks and developing a dedicated Board of Directors.

OAI assists nonprofits to build, strengthen, and educate their board enabling individual board members to understand and fulfill their responsibilities. OAI will analyze the existing board structure, recommend strategies for growth and development, facilitate all aspects of the board member recruitment process, and help with board committee development, board evaluation, and board training.

OAI offers a comprehensive array of fundraising management services which include development audit, development planning, and development implementation. OAI works with clients to identify each organization's unique fundraising needs and recommends specific fundraising strategies based on each nonprofit's development landscape. OAI can then implement specific development efforts as needed.

Campaigns are an important way for an organization to raise considerable funds in specific areas and to do so in a manner that complements and capitalizes on the organization’s ongoing fundraising. OAI Campaign Management ranges from short-term, relatively small campaigns to multi-year, multi-million dollar campaigns where OAI can serve as a fully outsourced campaign management team or manage a portion of a campaign’s components.

OAI manages a variety of local, national, and international foundations and nonprofit organizations. Some of OAI’s clients are small organizations managed entirely by OAI and others are large, international government-sponsored foundations that have hired OAI to oversee and manage their full range of operations. Services include financial management, IT services and website maintenance, human resources, general administration, and the maintaining of all state and regulatory filings.

OAI has managed charitable events in more than 50 cities nationwide ranging from formal black-tie galas, award dinners, and intimate gatherings at embassies and private residences to week-long community festivals and sporting events, such as golf and charity basketball tournaments. We manage more than 20 significant events annually with production budgets that range from $150,000 to over $1M. OAI provides the three fundamentals of any successful fundraiser: strategy, marketing, and event production. Our services include the management of all or parts of event strategic planning, marketing, event management, and production. Our belief is that a well organized and marketed fundraising event should ultimately improve an organization’s financial standing and boost its image and reputation as a nonprofit.
