By taking on the management of finance and accounting, compliance, human resources, and information technology for Youth, I.N.C., OAI has given the staff and Board the freedom to focus on advancing the organization’s mission.

OAI was approached by the organization’s Board Chair, as the Executive Director, Dean of Programs and Development Director positions were vacant, because the need for a serious and immediate restructuring plan was high priority.
