Rodeph Sholom School

Our Challenge:
The Rodeph Sholom School, a Reform Jewish Day School in New York City, fosters intellectual curiosity through a challenging independent school academic program in nursery through eighth grade. With the purchasing of a new building, the Rodeph Sholom School needed to embark on a $12 million capital campaign. Their aggressive campaign was further challenged by a Director of Development vacancy. The Rodeph Sholom School engaged with OAI as an outsourced campaign management team in May of 2008.

Our Solution:
Working closely with the Board of Trustees and Head of School, the OAI team created a custom designed campaign plan and timeline to set the framework for success. From campaign leadership and major gifts to marketing materials and database configuration, OAI serves as the comprehensive campaign management team to drive fundraising forward.

The Results:
Within the first several months of the campaign, leadership was in place, lead gifts were secured and marketing materials were drafted. OAI's campaign management team continues to focus on board solicitation, major gifts, communication strategies and cultivation events.
