Elizabeth Dolan

Biography

As a Senior Associate Director, Elizabeth Dolan has had the opportunity to team with a number of OAI’s nonprofit clients on a broad range of projects including event fundraising and management, campaign management, development management and strategic planning.

Since joining OAI in September 2006 as an Associate, Elizabeth has enjoyed building her fundraising and development expertise through her project work with such clients as The Carlos Rosario International Charter School, The Churchill Centre, The Marriott Foundation for People with Disabilities, The Washington Animal Rescue League, and Youth, I.N.C. (Improving Nonprofits for Children).

Prior to arriving at OAI, Elizabeth worked at a marketing consulting firm in Bethesda, MD where she managed and executed email and direct mail campaigns for Fortune 500 companies. There she acquired a solid foundation in marketing strategy and recognized her aspiration to work on behalf of the nonprofit community.

Elizabeth graduated with a degree in Public Policy and Communications from Hamilton College, where she is still an active alumna and involved in their annual giving campaign. When not soliciting her classmates for annual gift donations or attending Hamilton College alumni events, Elizabeth enjoys traveling and attending group fitness classes.

The organization came to OAI for guidance and assistance in solving a key challenge – to create an environment where the Board and staff could openly and effectively address internal and external stresses.
