Biography

Molly Dunn joined the OAI team as a Marketing and Development Associate in February of 2011.  She provides support for her internal teams and clients in the areas of strategic development, development management, nonprofit management and event management for many clients, including the Brooklyn Conservatory of Music and the Nelson Mandela Children’s Fund.

Prior to being hired as an Associate, Molly interned at OAI and had the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, including the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Washington, the DC College Access Program and Arena Stage.  She also had the opportunity to work closely with the Brooklyn Conservatory of Music on board recruitment efforts prior to becoming an “official” part of the team.  Previously, Molly worked as a Marketing and Communications intern at Malaria No More, a nonprofit organization dedicated to ending malaria deaths by 2015.

Molly graduated cum laude from Bucknell University with a B.A. in Political Science and Spanish.  During college, Molly was an active member of the Microfinance Initiative at Bucknell, an on-campus organization dedicated to alleviating poverty by making loans to small-business entrepreneurs in the developing world.  In her free time, Molly enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.

The Ellis School

Ellis hired OAI to develop a comprehensive work plan to identify key tasks and metrics for their top identified strategic initiatives.
